Oprah's Ploughman's Sandwich
With many thanks to Heidi Johannsen Stewart of Oprah's O Magazine for this wonderful recipe using SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ Bardshar Chutney.

½ stalk celery, strings removed, thinly sliced
¼ sweet onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 slice raisin walnut bread
2 leaves Bibb lettuce
2 slices turkey (Thanksgiving leftovers are perfect)
2-3 tsp. SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ Bardshar Chutney
2 slices Stilton Cheese
salt and pepper

Place celery, onion, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl; toss well.

Spread mayonnaise on the bread.

Top with lettuce, turkey, SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ Bardshar Chutney , celery mixture, and cheese.   Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with extra SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ Bardshar Chutney on the side.
