Spread SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ SweetSmoothHot Mustard on both sides of meat and dip in freshly ground pepper. Sauté (or grill) a few minutes each side until medium rare.
You can bake at 400° or grill a whole tenderloin in the same manner.
