¾ cup of your best olive oil
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ SweetSmoothHot Mustard
1 garlic clove minced (or put through garlic press)
1 Tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk wine vinegar into SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ SweetSmoothHot Mustard with garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Gradually and slowly whisk in olive oil to mixture. It will keep for a long time!
