Baked Salmon
You can prepare a whole side of salmon the same way by adding more mustard and dill.

10 oz 1” thick salmon filet
2 teaspoons SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ SweetSmoothHot Mustard
Fresh dill
Olive oil

Grease baking dish with olive oil.

Lay filet on top of fresh dill.

Spread SchoolHouse Kitchen's™ SweetSmoothHot Mustard on top.

Top with more dill.

Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
